At NALA, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it reaches you quickly and safely.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Kuwait only.

Delivery Partner

All orders are delivered by our trusted delivery partner, Riders.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated based on your selected delivery service and destination.

Current delivery options include:

- Standard Delivery: KD 1.250 (3-5 business days)

- Express Delivery: KD 1.750 (1-2 business days)

- Some delivery zones such as (Sabah Al Ahmad, Mutllaa, Ali Sabah Al Salem: KD 2.750 (3-5 business days)

The final delivery fee will always be displayed at checkout before payment. 

Delivery Time

Most Kuwait orders arrive within 1–5 business days.

During public holidays, promotional periods, or unexpected circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable,

additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the product and packaging

- A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
